Banamex Desarrollador Jr de Sistemas de Crédito The Credit Initiation Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to assess the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to ensure financial threats to the company are minimized by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.Responsibilities:Supervise a small team of Credit Initiation Specialists, and ensure the quality of tasks, and performance goals are metManage exceptions utilizing credit knowledge and signing authority and train and coach Credit Initiation SpecialistsEnsure the integrity and confidentiality of customer documentation and recorded information within computerized systemsInterpret procedures and policies to guide support staff in resolving complex problemsServe as a backup to the Senior Supervisor, escalate problems and recommend revisions to procedures as neededResolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions, and analyzing information to provide evaluative judgementsProvide input on training and development needs for assigned personnelAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:0-2 years relevant experienceFamiliarity and understanding of financial industry preferredConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceESPECIFICACIONES DEL ROL Desarrollador Jr de Sistemas de CréditoPrincipales funciones: Desarrollar(programar) funciones nuevas al sistema CIP (Crédito Inmediato Pyme) en la plataforma outsystemsResolver fallas en el sistema CIPAtender problemas de usuarios en el área comercial, dictaminación, políticas, producto.Atender el war room para atención de issues  Requerimientos:Experiencia en programación de páginas web (2 años)Experiencia en bases de datos en SQL básico-intermedio (2 años) Deseable conocimiento en lenguaje outsystemsFacilidad para aprender lenguajes de programación.Habilidad para resolver problemas complejos.Habilidades para lograr objetivos a corto plazo.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Operations - Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Credit Initiation-----------
