• Profile: resume, experience, education, skills and anything you choose to add.
• Activity: applications, messages, process progress and platform usage.
• Technical: IP address, device and cookies needed for the site to work.

2. How we use it

• Connect candidates and companies and run hiring processes.
• Improve matching and the optional AI tools you choose to use.
• Send you process updates and important communications.
• Prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

3. Who we share it with

When you apply, your profile is shared with that company. We do not sell your data. We only work with providers that help us operate (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality agreements.

4. Salary data

Salary contributions and hire data are used in an aggregated, anonymous way to build market references. We never publish who reported a salary.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your session and understand usage. You can manage them from your browser.

6. Your rights

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. Then we delete or anonymize it.

9. Minors

The platform is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
