By using EmpleosTech you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please don't use the platform.

2. What EmpleosTech is

We are a LATAM tech hiring platform that connects companies with candidates, focused on transparent and respectful processes.

3. Your account

• You must be 18+ and provide truthful information.
• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your password safe.

4. How we charge

• Posting jobs and receiving candidates is free.
• We charge a success fee (a percentage of the agreed salary) only when you close a hire through the platform, with a reversal window.
• AI tools are optional and paid with credit packs. There are no subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, discriminatory or illegal content. Do not use the platform for spam, unauthorized scraping, or to harm users or third parties.

6. Reputation and feedback

Ratings between companies and candidates must be made in good faith. Manipulating scores or leaving fake reviews is prohibited.

7. Content

You keep the rights to the content you upload and grant us a license to display it and operate the service.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee hiring outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Hiring decisions are the parties' responsibility.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll flag relevant changes and the date will appear above.
