We want to be clear about payments. Since we charge for results, there's almost nothing to refund — but here's what you should know.

1. Pay for results

Posting and receiving candidates is free. We only charge a success fee when you close a hire. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

2. Success fee and reversal

Every hire has a reversal window: if you marked a hire by mistake or the offer fell through, you can revert it within that period and nothing is charged. The fee is only billed at the monthly close.

3. AI credits

• Credits are bought in packs and never expire.
• If there was a duplicate charge or a technical error, we refund the corresponding amount.
• Credits already used in a tool are non-refundable, except for a service failure.

4. No subscriptions

We don't charge monthly fees, so there are no auto-renewals to cancel or refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at info@empleostech.com with the charge details (date, amount and reason). We review each case in good faith.

6. Timeframes

If a refund applies, we process it within 10 business days, to your original payment method.
