Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architectures.
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions and ensure excellence in execution.
• Identify and propose improvements in development processes and work methodologies.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to other team members.
• Participate in license validation and regulatory approvals, where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies.
• Ability to work in hybrid environments, collaborating both remotely and in person.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar principal engineering roles.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and international authorities relevant to software approval.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range between USD 4,500 and 7,000 per month, subject to experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual bonus or commission scheme.
