Core platform systems: experience building and supporting core platform systems in production environments.
Ideal profile / what success looks like: we are looking for a Software/Platform Engineer who has evolved from software development into cloud infrastructure and platform engineering. You should be able to reason about security, scalability, and maintainability—and translate those concerns into platform and infrastructure code.
