Senior Product Manager, Content Management

ABOUT THE ROLE

VTEX is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the future of Content Management across our Commerce Platform.

This role is for product builders. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write specs and manage roadmaps, but someone who actively uses modern AI tools, rapid prototyping techniques, and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, validation, and execution.

As the Product Manager for CMS, you will shape how brands, marketers, developers, and AI systems create, manage, and deliver digital experiences on VTEX. You will be responsible for defining the next generation of content management capabilities, helping customers move faster from idea to production while maintaining the flexibility and performance required by enterprise commerce. You will work at the intersection of commerce, content, AI, developer experience, and user experience. 

Success in this role requires strong product judgment, technical curiosity, and a passion for building. We expect you to be comfortable turning ideas into working prototypes, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Spec Kit, AI coding assistants, agents, MCP-based workflows, and other emerging technologies to validate solutions.

This is a role for someone who believes the future of product management is increasingly hands-on and AI-native.

The CMS team owns the systems that power content creation, collaboration, and delivery across storefronts. Our mission is to enable merchants to create rich, performant, and personalized digital experiences with speed and confidence.

We build the experience that powers everything from landing pages and merchandising experiences to personalized content journeys and AI-assisted content operations. As commerce becomes increasingly AI-driven, the CMS team is at the forefront of defining how content, data, agents, and commerce workflows come together.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VTEX CMS.
• Identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve content creation, management, personalization, governance, and delivery.
• Work closely with engineering and design to build best-in-class content management experiences for enterprise commerce.
• Rapidly validate ideas through prototypes, proofs of concept, and experimentation.
• Leverage modern AI development workflows and tools to accelerate product discovery, specification, and validation.
• Partner with customers to deeply understand content operations, publishing workflows, developer
