5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong production experience in both backend and frontend development.
Strong proficiency in Go or Python, with working knowledge of the other.
Strong React and TypeScript skills.
Hands-on experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and REST APIs.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
Experience building monitoring, analytics, or real-time dashboards.
Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3, Recharts, ECharts, etc.).
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
Practical use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
