Your mission is divided into three strategic pillars:
Serverless Architecture and Automation
You will design and evolve serverless architectures in AWS(Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS) for new services and to gradually replace our monolith.
You will automate deployment cycles with IaC and GitHub Actions to accelerate software delivery.
You will create reusable IaC templates and pipelines so that each team can adopt them without depending on you.
You will research and deploy AI agent-based automations to optimize internal processes and eliminate manual tasks.
Cloud Security and Platform Engineering
You will own the security of our infrastructure: anomalous traffic detection, secrets management, IAM, and incident response.
You will build internal tools and platforms for Dev teams to self-manage (think: creating a repo or an API with the standard already applied, in a couple of clicks).
You will implement and audit governance policies autonomously, not just on paper.
Observability, Reliability, and Costs
You will maintain monitoring and alerting systems with CloudWatch, Graphana, or other tools, focusing on proactive, not reactive, detection.
You will participate in incident resolution with a post-mortem culture: root cause and prevention, not patches.
You will continuously monitor costs. You will act as a technical reference, empowering development teams in the optimal use of AWS.
How will you use AI in your day-to-day?
You will use AI integrated into your real workflow: agents, MCPs, or skills, especially in analysis, automation, and development tasks.
You will research and deploy AI agent-based automations to optimize internal processes and eliminate manual tasks.
