Senior Customer Lifecycle & Automation Manager

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, customer engagement, or marketing automation within a digital consumer business.

• Demonstrated experience building behavioral, event-triggered customer journeys. Batch email campaigns alone are not sufficient for this role.

• Hands-on administration of at least one lifecycle or customer-engagement platform: Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, Klaviyo, or a comparable platform.

• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, multi-channel messaging, triggered communications, frequency management, and customer lifecycle design.

• Strong analytical and experimentation skills. You know how to design A/B tests, use control groups, and measure incremental business impact rather than channel metrics alone.

• Technical fluency to work directly with software engineers. You are comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, event schemas, databases, and event-driven systems.

• Proven ownership from concept to launch: strategy, requirements, build, QA, measurement, and iteration.

• Fluent Spanish and professional working English. You must be able to explain a lifecycle or technical implementation clearly in English.

• Availability for full-time remote work from Latin America, with meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Florida).
