About the Role

EnergySolutions, a growing company, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Portland, OR, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be part of an environment where you collaborate with talented colleagues and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Write clean and efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical functionalities.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in troubleshooting and platform optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (5+ years).
• Solid knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Ability to design and implement complex solutions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations.
• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model at our Portland, OR offices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce.
• Previous experience in companies providing solutions to utility, government, or institutional clients.
