Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Full Stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Create design artifacts and develop world-class software that meets the highest quality standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring application reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and software architecture.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Full Stack development, encompassing both frontend and backend.
• Deep knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of modern software architectures and design patterns.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical designs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with financial institutions or government entities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
