10+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, with extensive experience working with Python.
Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring more junior engineers.
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture infrastructure, including familiarity with Kubernetes.
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience with CI/CD.
Experience working with databases such as Postgres and MongoDB.
Experience with Git, GitLab, or GitHub and PR/MR review processes.
Passion for optimizing services with a focus on scale and speed.
