Essential

Extensive experience building modern frontend applications using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Experience building or contributing to mobile applications (React Native experience is highly regarded).
Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript expertise.
Experience building complex enterprise SaaS applications.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management and application performance.
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
Experience consuming REST APIs.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and customer value.
Passion for mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
