About the Role

ProSidian Consulting is seeking a talented Java Developer (Level II or III) to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of critical applications supporting the operations of various entities, including private companies, Fortune 1,000 corporations, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Agile methodologies for application development and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software.
• Participate in troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing existing applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and coding practices.

Must-Have Requirements

• Solid experience as a Java Developer.
• Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
• Proven experience in application development using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively self-manage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Will Be Valued (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with government entities.
